My license hasn’t expired yet. Will I lose the remaining days if I renew now?

No, if you renew your license for the same number of devices, any days remaining on your current license will be added on to your new one.

However, if you change the number of devices, your new license term will only begin once your current one has ended. Add your new activation code to your Kaspersky product as normal and your new license will be activated automatically when your current license expires.

I got an error when renewing my license. What should I do?

What are the system requirements to use this product?

You only need a web browser to manage Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud. The hardware and software requirements for a computer or mobile device correspond to those of the web browser being used for Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud management.

Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud supports the following web browsers:

  • Microsoft Edge 13.0 and later
  • Chrome 65.0 and later
  • Firefox 45 and later
  • Safari 8.0 and later

When running, Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud can manage the following Kaspersky applications:

  • Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows
  • Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Mac
  • Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Android
  • iOS devices managed by means of deploying certificates via iOS Mobile Device Management server hosted by Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud.

Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud always provides the latest applications versions. They are always available in the Distribution packages section of the product management console.
