Gmail Security Settings You Need to Know

A brief video tutorial on how to enable a number of important security and privacy features built into Google’s Gmail service.

For many of us, our Gmail accounts are the center of our online lives. We receive the bulk of our communications there. We use these email addresses as a recovery option for all of our other online accounts. More than once I have heard a friend or colleague admit that having their Gmail account hacked or hijacked would be a life altering catastrophe.

 

Because of these reasons and ones that I am surely overlooking, it is of paramount importance that we enable every important security feature that Google offers us, which is exactly what this video attempts to do:
