Kaspersky Lab announces Facebook contest in conjunction with The Kaspersky 7 Volcanoes Expedition
Kaspersky Lab announces the launch of a Facebook contest in conjunction with The Kaspersky 7 Volcanoes Expedition.
Entering the competition is as simple as checking in at the one of the 7 Summits which Olga Rumyantseva is set to climb in 2013. Participants then need to name the destination of their dreams and explain why visiting it would mean so much to them. Olga Rumyantseva will select the winners from among the most inspiring entries. The winner of each stage will receive two tickets to the destination stated in their entry.
The contest comprises seven stages – one for each of the volcanoes in the expedition. Olga has already climbed her first summit, so now everyone can check in at the top of Mount Sidley – the massive (1,500m) snow-covered shield volcano in Antarctica.
Olga commented: “I hope that The Kaspersky 7 Volcanoes Expedition will inspire people: conquering seven volcanoes in one year is no easy task; it’s a challenge for me. But the expedition is a source of fantastic energy and inspiration. I believe there’s no such thing as an impossible obstacle when you have a dream; and everyone has to live their dreams, even if they seem larger-than-life. And it’s great that Kaspersky Lab has initiated this contest – it gives people the chance to visit the destination of their dreams!”
